Brooke Potrzeba, President
Brooke is the Founding President of Impact100 Cleveland and is passionate about building a vibrant community of women dedicated to transformational giving. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, she graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Brooke has a strong background in community engagement and has held numerous leadership roles in organizations such as Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, the Junior League of Pensacola, the Junior League of Cleveland, and the Avon Lake Early Childhood PTA. She also serves on the Avon Lake Parks and Recreation Commission. Brooke relocated to Avon Lake, Ohio in January 2024 and currently works for Huron Consulting Group. Aparna Pillay, Vice President/President-Elect
Aparna is currently the Assistant Vice President of Strategy at Medical City Healthcare, a health system comprised of 22 inpatient hospitals and more than 5500 physicians. She also works as a strategy consultant, serving as a thought leader, strategist, and advisor - her clients span a wide spectrum from local grassroots nonprofits to top 10 health systems. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Healthcare Policy and Management and Graduate Certificate in Public Mental Health from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health. She is also board-certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). In her spare time, Aparna enjoys travel, reading, Ohio State football, Cleveland sports, volunteering, and cooking. She lives in Brecksville with her husband, Tim, and rescue Shar Pei, Stella. Jackie Hunter, Grants Director
Jackie serves as Director of Development, Foundation Relations at Cleveland Clinic. She brings over 15 years of development experience to her role, specializing in aligning foundation priorities with Cleveland Clinic's expertise to create innovative and impactful partnerships. In her previous role, Jackie was the Director of Pirates Charities, the philanthropic arm of the Pittsburgh Pirates. She spent nearly 10 years at the organization fundraising, overseeing grant distributions, and developing philanthropic programs and partnerships. Her career began in a development role with Literacy Pittsburgh, an adult education and ESL nonprofit. A graduate of the College of Wooster, Jackie is excited to deepen her relationships with nonprofit organizations in the Cleveland area through her role as Grants Director with Impact 100. She looks forward to using her partnership and outreach experience to help create meaningful connections between Impact 100 and the local community. Jackie currently lives in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood of Cleveland with her partner, Sam, and their rescue hound, Oscar. Contact Jackie

Heather Edmunds, Secretary
Heather serves as Secretary of Impact100 Cleveland, where she plays a key role in supporting the organization’s operations and building a strong foundation for collective giving. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of West Florida. Heather currently works at Xylem Inc., where she focuses on providing innovative water technology solutions. Lisa Mayhugh, Treasurer
Lisa serves as Treasurer of Impact100 Cleveland, bringing a strong background in leadership, strategy, and nonprofit governance to the organization. She is the current President of the Junior League of Cleveland and works as an Administrative Director at Cleveland Clinic. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from The Ohio State University. Judith E. Matsko, Membership Director
Judy serves as Membership Director for Impact100 Cleveland, bringing more than 30 years of leadership in education, nonprofit advancement, and community service to the organization. Judith is a retired 35-year educator with the Strongsville City Schools where she taught Health and Physical Education and coached volleyball and track and field. She has held executive and board leadership roles with numerous local and national nonprofits, including The Junior League of Cleveland, Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, YWCA Greater Cleveland, and The Cleveland Orchestra. Judith currently serves as the Eparchial Development Officer for the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Parma and has raised millions of dollars through strategic fundraising initiatives, major gifts, grants, and planned giving campaigns. Judith earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University and a Master in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College. A passionate advocate for women’s leadership and community building, she is proud to support the mission of Impact100 by helping bring together women across Northeast Ohio to create lasting, transformational change. Maddie Berry, Treasurer Elect
Maddie is a Certified Public Accountant with nine years of professional experience. She dedicated six years of service to the Junior League of Houston, contributing to various community placements and serving on the Finance Council. After relocating back to Ohio, Maddie now actively participates in the Junior League of Cleveland. Sharon Pan, Membership Recruitment Chair
Sharon is the Head of Business Analytics and Pricing at Henkel Corporation, where she leverages data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making. With a strong background in corporate finance, she held a wide variety of finance roles at Ingersoll Rand and Electrolux prior to Henkel Corporation. Her career has taken her to St. Louis, Charlotte, and Hartford before she relocated to Cleveland in 2019. Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Sharon earned her Bachelor’s in Finance and MBA from the University of Illinois. She has always had a passion for community engagement and believes that one person can create a ripple effect of positive change. This philosophy led her to join Impact100, where she is excited to contribute to the organization’s mission of empowering local communities through collective giving. Outside of work and philanthropy, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and cuisines, being active, scrapbooking, and (a new hobby!) watching Formula 1 racing. Meena Ghaziasgar, Board Development Chair
Meena Ghaziasgar is Executive Director of Development for the Case School of Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. Meena is passionate about the transformative power of education, and the role that philanthropy can play to change lives. At the Case School of Engineering, Meena is responsible for initiating, cultivating, and developing the development program, supporting the vice dean of development with implementation of major components of a comprehensive campaign in support of the school (including strategic planning, staff oversight and volunteer management and solicitation strategies), and serving as a senior strategist for the Case School of Engineering development team. With over 18 years of experience in academic fundraising, Meena started her career at her alma mater, The College of Wooster, where she developed and implemented the parent giving program. She has also served as Director of Alumni Relations at Oberlin College, where she managed a team of five, oversaw the alumni advisory board, was a key campus leader and planner of Commencement/Reunion Weekend (a multi-day celebration of reunions and commencement, which included over 240 events over a 4-day period) and traveled internationally to represent Oberlin in conjunction with the alumni travel program. Her favorite assignments included escorting educational tours to Russia, Cuba, Greece, and Scotland. Prior to joining the Case School of Engineering, Meena served as Director of Development for the College of Engineering and Polymer Science at the University of Akron. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from The College of Wooster, and a master’s degree in English/Literary and Cultural Studies from Carnegie Mellon University. In her free time, Meena enjoys practicing yoga (she earned her 100-hour yoga teacher training certification in Costa Rica in 2016), traveling, hiking, biking, and reading. Ricka Jelepis, Membership Engagement Chair
As a founding board member of Impact100 Cleveland, Ricka relocated to Cleveland from Pittsburgh 30+ years ago for a position in biopharmaceutical sales, specifically in the bio-injectable arena having worked for Amgen and Biogen. More recently she has been self-employed as a design consultant for interior office environments, having continued her education in Interior Design. Ricka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Through her past experiences in fundraising campaigns as Campaign Manager for LLS Man of the Year candidate and Auction Chair for the AHA Cleveland Heart Ball Ricka, as Membership Engagement Chair, hopes to empower women in philanthropy who are dedicated to promoting equitable opportunities and societal change in Cleveland communities. Rebecca Brafford Hamilton, Community Investment Review Chair
Rebecca was born and raised in West Virginia, where she earned a Master of Public Administration degree from West Virginia University. After moving to the Cleveland area, she went to work building capacity and raising essential funds for a variety of non-profit organizations, including Lawrence School, the American Red Cross, Malachi House and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She currently serves as Director of Donor Relations for Saint Ignatius High School in Ohio City. As Impact100Cleveland’s Chair of the Community Investment Review Committee, she looks forward to facilitating meaningful grants to the Cleveland community’s many worthwhile non-profit organizations. She and her husband, Doug, live in Auburn Township with their bulldog, Edna. They have two grown daughters, Tate and Abigail, as well as a granddaughter, Riley, with another grandchild on the way. She enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and travelling.

Casey Mackert, Grant Focus Area Chair - Health & Wellness
Casey is a Buffalo, NY native who moved to the Cleveland area in 1984 after marrying her husband, a life-long Cleveland resident. With degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, she worked for several years in the financial markets and after a career with a Wall Street firm and Honeywell, Casey stayed home as a mom of four boys who are now ages 28-33. While raising her boys, she served on the Board of the Junior League of Cleveland as Community Vice President, formed ProGrant Development, LLC, a grant writing organization, and enjoyed attending her boys’ hockey, baseball, basketball, and lacrosse adventures. Returning to work once her boys were in school, Casey led The Partnership for Excellence, a multi-state Baldrige program that included managing a large volunteer workforce, conducting strategic planning, creating, and implementing training programs, and directing a large annual conference. In 2013, she joined Strategic Insight Partners as Vice President, where she coaches organizations in the manufacturing, education, healthcare and non-profit sectors on strategic planning, leadership, Baldrige applications, and performance improvement processes. She has served on the Board of Examiners for the National Malcolm Baldrige Program for 25 years and has held numerous positions with both the state and national programs including Judge, Facilitator, Case Study Author, Executive Board Member, and Vice President of the Baldrige Foundation in Washington, DC. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Cleveland, and author of Organization Diagnosis, Design and Transformation, Eighth Edition ASQ. In her free time, Casey enjoys hiking with her husband Mike and their two labs, Brownie and Biscuit, skiing, reading, and visiting her boys.

Jessica Greathouse, Internal Communications Chair
Jessica Greathouse is a native Clevelander, who grew up in and now lives in Brecksville with her husband, Jeremy and two children. Jessica has been involved in a variety of local organizations, including Playhouse Square Partners, a founding member of TogetherDigital, PRSA, Ohio University Alumni Association and BBH PSO. She is the COO at True Digital Communications, a B2B digital marketing agency focused on the building/construction and manufacturing industries.

Pamela Tyll Radišek, Impact Reporting Chair
Pamela Tyll Radišek is a strategic consultant, career coach, and community advocate with a passion for building programs and partnerships that drive equity, empowerment, and long-term impact. With 15 years of experience spanning marketing, education, organizational development, and community leadership, Pamela has dedicated her career to helping individuals and institutions align mission with action. Pamela is the founder of North Coast Careers, a boutique career coaching firm that supports marginalized individuals—especially first-generation professionals and women of color—as they navigate their careers and position themselves for leadership. She is also co-founder of Radisek Industries, a consulting firm specializing in community engagement and engineering project management, where she works alongside her husband to help technical teams build smarter systems and stronger communities. Starting her career in engineering and big tech, Pamela managed marketing and growth initiatives that bridged technical precision with human connection. Her ability to bring people-centered leadership into data-driven spaces now fuels her consulting work. Raised in Texas, Pamela now resides in Cleveland with her husband, Joseph and their adventurous twin boys, who keep life loud, joyful, and full of wonder. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University and has completed additional studies at Cornell, SMU, and St. Edward’s University.
